Mod Mail & Admin Mail

To run a command in 🌈 The Haven 🌈 use h? command or @Hedwig#3428 command. For example, h? prefix or @Hedwig#3428 prefix.

To run a command in this DM, simply use command with no prefix. Use help <command> to view detailed information about a specific command. Use help all to view a list of all commands, not just available ones.

finish: Used by moderators to end a modmail thread.

mail: Used for members to reply to messages from the moderators

mod-create: Used by mods to create a modmail thread with members.

reply: Used by mods to reply to members

start: Used to start a modmail thread with the moderators

admin-create: Used by admins to create an admin mail thread with members.

admin-finish: Used by admins to end a modmail thread.

admin-mail: Used for members to reply to messages from the admins and execs.

admin-reply: Used by admins to reply to members

admin-start: Used to start an admin mail thread with the admins and execs
