# Hedwig: Mod Mail

Mod Mail & Admin Mail

To run a command in  :rainbow: The Haven :rainbow: use `h? command` or `@Hedwig#3428 command`. For example, `h? prefix` or `@Hedwig#3428 prefix`.

To run a command in this DM, simply use `command` with no prefix. Use `help <command>` to view detailed information about a specific command. Use `help all` to view a list of *all* commands, not just available ones.

## Commands To DM Mods  <a href="#commands-to-dm-mods" id="commands-to-dm-mods"></a>

**finish:** Used by moderators to end a modmail thread.

**mail:** Used for members to reply to messages from the moderators

**mod-create:** Used by mods to create a modmail thread with members.

**reply:** Used by mods to reply to members

**start:** Used to start a modmail thread with the moderators

**admin-create:** Used by admins to create an admin mail thread with members.

**admin-finish:** Used by admins to end a modmail thread.

**admin-mail:** Used for members to reply to messages from the admins and execs.

**admin-reply:** Used by admins to reply to members

**admin-start:** Used to start an admin mail thread with the admins and execs

**groups:** Lists all command groups.

**enable:** Enables a command or command group.

**disable:** Disables a command or command group.

## Utility  <a href="#utility" id="utility"></a>

**help:** Displays a list of available commands, or detailed information for a specified command.

**prefix:** Shows or sets the command prefix.

**ping:** Checks the bot's ping to the Discord server.
