To receive pings (alerts) when people are asking for support or to toggle this feature off, use the following commands in a bot-spam channel:

s?inactive-support
s?remove-support
To offer support to someone seeking help in #🔹support-waiting-room🔹arrow-up-right:
s?take @username
To end a session:
s?end
In #🔹request-private-support🔹arrow-up-right to take a session:
s?support @username
There is no need to close private supports.
